GDPR

We process your customers’ data on your behalf, under the GDPR. A written data processing agreement is provided for every company.

Data residency

The infrastructure runs on European cloud. Keeping data in Europe is a criterion for choosing providers, today and for the ones we add.

Ownership and export

Your customers’ data belongs to you, not to us. You can export it at any time, in standard formats, even if you decide to leave.

The list of who processes data alongside us is available on request, and will be published on this page.

What you will not find here

No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 badge: we do not hold these certifications today and we do not claim them. If and when independent audits arrive, they will be listed on this page. It is also the unchecked item above.
